Today our office was filled with contractors, consultants and many of the people that are helping to get the factory built. Neville McNaughton, a star of the artisan cheese community here and abroad, made the trip from the U.S. to finish up all of the last minute details that keep popping up. He finally met Rory McDonnell, our contractor from Build face to face. Things have started to progress here at the dairy.
These are exciting times, to say the least. Best of all, April 25th isjust around the corner.
