Maureen Argon
A degree in languages and journalism led Maureen to a 20-year career as a radio journalist/producer for the CBC and as a writer. Maureen lives beside the Stratford Chefs School with her family where she tries to guess what’s on the menu by the aromas in the air. She never met a vegetable she didn't like but lives for dessert.

Ron Bernard/Teresa Bendall
As Diesel Design – a husband-and-wife team with over 30 years combined experience – Ron and Teresa produce visual communications that wow. They develop and oversee production critical paths and art direct all manner of transnational, regional and municipal projects from the initial concept to the delivery of the final product.

Danielle Brodhagen
Danielle’s passion for food has led to a 15-year career in the hospitality industry in Ontario and abroad. The force behind Stratford’s inaugural Savour Stratford culinary tourism campaign and food festival, which paired local growers/producers with Stratford’s renowned chefs, Danielle now works for the Stratford Tourism Alliance. She’s also co-chair of Slow Food Perth County where she plans events raising awareness of local food and sustainable agriculture.

Brendan Howley
An award-winning brand strategy consultant, marketing ideas guy Brendan Howley was Ruth's second employee, back when Transport Monforte was a Mazda B2000 with one bald tire. 

Arlene Stein
Arlene has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry and is Director of Event & Catering at Hart House, University of Toronto. As co-chair of Savour Toronto, Arlene works with growers and producers, chefs and restaurateurs promoting culinary experiences in the GTA. She’s also founder and chair of Terroir, an annual hospitality industry professional development symposium and co-chair of Slow Food Toronto.
