OUR PRODUCT

During this Renaissance year, Monforte will not be producing cheese. While supply lasts, cheddar will be available at the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto only. We expect to resume production in our new dairy at the beginning of January 2010.

Monforte has helped find other markets for this year for the farmers who have supplied our milk in the past. All our suppliers have committed to return to Monforte and supply us with milk again when we resume operation. We thank them.
